Homes first, then the clinic.

Actors Kate Bosworth and Justin Long visited Smile Train families in Mexico City: in their homes, at the clinic and at a gathering with patients and their care teams.

We photographed and filmed the visit, staying close to the families: the backyard, the alley, the bedroom, the high five at the clinic.
